Ingredients
  • 1 pound (2-8 ounce packages) Shirataki Noodles
  • 2 cups turkey light meat, skinless -- cooked and cubed
  • ½ cup celery -- sliced
  • ½ cup bell pepper -- chopped
  • ½ cup onions -- chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ tablespoon salt
  • ¼ tablespoon basil
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain the Shirataki Noodles. Rinse under warm water . Rinse well. Place on paper towels to dry. Using kitchen shears, cut the Shirataki into bite size pieces.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Place turkey, Shirataki Noodles, celery, bell peppers, and onions in a 2-quart casserole dish. Stir gently to combine.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, basil, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
  5. Stir into turkey mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
