  • 1 - 8 ounce package Shirataki Noodles
  • 4 ounce carton Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • pepper to taste
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles under hot water and add 2 tablespoons the of butter, stir to melt.
  2. Season with pepper.
  3. Sprinkle about half of bread crumbs over noodles, shake to mix.
  4. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in fry pan on medium high.
  5. Toss in noodles fry for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add last of butter, turn noodles and add rest of bread crumbs.
  7. Cook another 10 minutes turning and stirring the noodles to brown evenly.
