Ingredients
  • 1 8 ounce package Shirataki Spaghetti
  • 1 pound turkey breast or chicken breast
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1½ cups fresh sliced mushrooms, sauteed
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 16 ounce can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
  • ½ cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup fat-free Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the Shirataki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Add mushrooms; simmer and stir 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 5 more min.
  5. Add spaghetti sauce mix and stir.
  6. Pour mixture over Shirataki Spaghetti and mix.
  7. Pour half the mixture into large layered casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add remaining spaghetti mixture.
  9. Top with Parmesan and bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups Shirataki Noodles
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 package 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. In a skillet cook ground beef, drain fat.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warm.
  3. Rinse and drain the Shiratki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Place in a 2½ quart greased baking dish.
  5. Top with meat and sauce.
  6. Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
  7. Spread over the top of the meat and sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  • chicken breasts (3-4)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
  • 8 ounces of sour cream
  • 1 can of diced green chilies
  • 2 bags of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound package Shirataki Fettucine
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1½ teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Boil chicken in water to cover.
  2. Add seasonings and cook for about a ½ hour.
  3. Cut chicken into small chunks.
  4. In a large bowl mix all of the soup (no water added), sour cream, green chilies.
  5. Add chicken chunks to mixture.
  6. Drain and rinse Shirataki Fettucine under warm water. Drain on paper towels. Cut into 1 inch pieces with a pair of scissors.
  7. In 13x9 pan. Layer the bottom of pan with Shirataki Fettucine, cover layer with chicken mixture, sprinkle both kinds of cheese. Repeat layers until pan is full (like a lasagna).
  8. Top layer with both cheeses.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
