<li class="instruction">Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add cut up chicken, season and saute until cooked through stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add green beans and pepper strips and continue cooking for 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">While chicken cooks, start the peanut curry sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour sauce into a frying pan over the chicken and vegetables, stir to combine.</li>
<li class="instruction">Turn heat up to high and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 6 to 8 minutes.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li class="instruction">Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place chicken on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of Special Seasoning and all of the thyme, and then drizzle it with olive oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through but still juicy; do not overcook.</li>
<li class="instruction">While the chicken is cooking, put the Shirataki Noodles in a large bowl for tossing.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove the chicken from the baking sheet and set aside. Pour the juices from the baking sheet into a medium bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, basil, the remaining teaspoon of Special Seasoning, and the seasoning salt, and stir until well blended.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss gently.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the chicken strips on top of the pasta.</li>
<li class="instruction">Garnish with tomato wedges and additional sliced green onions.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup cashews, toasted and coarsely chopped</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat grill to high. Brush both sides of tofu and chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Grill the tofu on each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly charred, remove, and cut into thin slices.</li>
<li class="instruction">Grill the chicken for 4 minutes per side or until slightly charred and just cooked through, remove, and cut into thin slices.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan on the grates of the grill or side burner on the grill.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the shallots and garlic and cook until soft.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the ancho powder and cook for 10 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the tamarind mixture, vinegar, fish sauce, brown sugar, and peanut butter and bring to a boil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the Tofu Shirataki Noodles, tofu, and chicken in a large bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the boiling sauce over the noodles and toss gently until until combined.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain the Shirataki Noodles. Rinse under warm water . Rinse well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 clove garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the zucchini, cover and cook until tender, stirring, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat another tablespoon oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper and cook through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, whisk the flour and low-fat milk in a bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the remaining 1 clove garlic and 1 tablespoon oil in the skillet and cook over medium-high heat, 30 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the flour-milk mixture and bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the cheese; stir to melt, 1 minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cut the chicken into strips. Toss with the Fettuccine Shirataki, sauce, zucchini and parsley, adding water to loosen.</li>

<li class="instruction">Blanch asparagus pieces in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Drain and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat butter in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add the chicken strips to the pan in an even layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.</li>
<li class="instruction">Do not stir, cook until lightly browned on one side. Add shallots and asparagus, cook for a minute longer. Add sherry and let boil down by half.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add cream, nutmeg, goat cheese, and most of the Parmesan cheese (reserve some for serving). Cook, stirring, until the cheese has fully melted and incorporated into the cream. Add the lemon juice (more or less to taste) and tarragon. Sprinkle on more black pepper to taste.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place Fettuccine Shirataki in a serving bowl. Stir in the chicken asparagus cream sauce. Serve with reserved grated Parmesan.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a blender or food processor, combine jalapenos, honey, cilantro, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and black pepper and puree until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to the mixture until desired consistency is achieved.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the 2 teaspoons of olive oil into a preheated skillet. Add the shredded chicken and the blended sauce and cook until heated through.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a medium bowl, combine Shirataki Noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, scallions, and pickled ginger. Toss and then transfer to serving bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour heated chicken and sauce over Shirataki Noodles.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon sherry vinegar or apple cider vinegar</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon salt and more salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium high. Season the chicken pieces generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the chicken pieces, spreading them out initially and then not stirring them, so they have an opportunity to brown.</li>
<li class="instruction">When pieces are browned on both sides, and just cooked through, remove to a paper towel lined plate.</li>
<li class="instruction">Deglaze the pan with white wine. Use a wooden spoon to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the chicken stock and let liquids reduce by half (turn up the heat if necessary).</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the cream, mint, thyme, lemon zest, honey, salt, and vinegar. Reduce the sauce by half again.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Fettuccine Shirataki to cream sauce when cream sauce has been reduced by half and is thick enough to coat a spoon.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add chicken to the pasta and sauce. Add more salt and pepper to taste.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve immediately.</li>
<li class="instruction">Garnish with a little chopped fresh mint and thyme.</li>
