Ingredients
  • 1 8 ounce package Shirataki Spaghetti
  • 1 pound turkey breast or chicken breast
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1½ cups fresh sliced mushrooms, sauteed
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 16 ounce can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
  • ½ cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup fat-free Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the Shirataki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Add mushrooms; simmer and stir 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 5 more min.
  5. Add spaghetti sauce mix and stir.
  6. Pour mixture over Shirataki Spaghetti and mix.
  7. Pour half the mixture into large layered casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add remaining spaghetti mixture.
  9. Top with Parmesan and bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min.

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ medium onion
  • 1½ cups Shirataki Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2½ cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes-no salt added
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • canned chicken-97% fat free, 4 oz
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1-2 dashes cayenne pepper (optional)
  • vinegar (optional)
  • sour cream or yogurt (optional)
  • cheddar cheese (optional)
  • salsa (optional)
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the Shirataki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels. Cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Saute the onions in the oil until translucent, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and saute another minute.
  4. Add cayenne pepper and cumin to taste and saute another few seconds.
  5. Add broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Stir in the chicken and tomato paste (opt). add water if needed.
  8. Cover and continue to simmer for 30 minutes
  9. Add the Shirataki Noodles the last minute of cooking. They are already cooked, this is just to heat them up.
  10. Serve with a dash or two of red or white wine vinegar.
  11. Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce if desired.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups Shirataki Noodles
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 package 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. In a skillet cook ground beef, drain fat.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warm.
  3. Rinse and drain the Shiratki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Place in a 2½ quart greased baking dish.
  5. Top with meat and sauce.
  6. Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
  7. Spread over the top of the meat and sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
