<li class="ingredient">1 14.5-ounce can stewed tomatoes, coarsely chopped (this is easiest done directly in the can with kitchen shears)</li>
<li class="ingredient">6 ounces baked deli ham ( black forest), coarsely chopped</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Macaroni Shirataki very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Turn on broiler.</li>
<li class="instruction">Melt butter in pot over medium heat until foam subsides. Add flour and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add milk to pot with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper and cook, stirring over medium low heat, until sauce is thickened slightly, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan, then remove from heat and stir in tomatoes, ham, and Macaroni Shirataki.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to a 2-quart shallow baking dish (not glass). Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan and broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until golden brown in spots, 2 to 3 minutes.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl combine cumin, salt and pepper. Add pork; toss to coat.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add the pork and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes or until browned.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl blend the broth, orange juice, vinegar, and brown sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup of the broth mixture. Pour all but the reserved broth mixture into the skillet with the pork and garlic.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the carrots. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium. Cook 7-8 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Blend corn starch into reserved broth mixture. Stirring constantly, pour the corn starch mixture into the skillet to thicken the sauce. Add the green onions. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 more minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss with the Fettuccine Shirataki. Serve immediately.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce and sugar and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss the pork with the cornstarch and salt. In a wok or large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil until hot but not smoking. Add the pork and cook, undisturbed, for about 2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until the meat is almost cooked through, about one minute longer. Remove.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the snap peas and scallions and cook, stirring, until the snap peas are just cooked, about 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the pork with any juices that may have accumulated.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the orange juice mixture and continue cooking just until the pork is done and the sauce has thickened slightly, 1-2 minutes longer.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles on serving platter. Pour pork mixture over the pasta.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Fettuccine Noodles under warm. Dry on a stack of paper towels. Set aside till needed.</li>
<li class="instruction">Soak crumbs in 1 cup cream in a medium bowl until thick.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter in a 10-inch heavy skillet, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 6 minutes, then stir into crumb mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add meats, dill, cloves, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper and combine well with your hands. Form mixture into 1 1/4-inch meatballs.</li>
<li class="instruction">Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in middle.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot, then brown meatballs in 5 batches, shaking skillet to maintain shape, and transfer as browned to a 3- to 4-qt baking dish.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add 3/4 cup water to skillet and boil, stirring up brown bits, until reduced to about 1/2 cup.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add remaining 1/2 cup cream and 5 tablespoons butter and stir until butter is just melted. Remove from heat, then stir in fresh dill and pour over meatballs.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake until meatballs are no longer pink within, 8 to 10 minutes.</li>

<li class="instruction">Increase heat to high; add okra, tomatoes, tomato juice (or water), salt and crushed red pepper (or jalapeno) and cook, stirring often, until bubbling.</li>

<li class="instruction">Heat butter in skillet then cook onion in butter stirring until tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in ham, zucchini, bell pepper and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cover and cook over medium for 8 minutes stirring occasionally until crisp tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in sour cream, yogurt and poppy seeds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat through and serve on a bed of Shirataki Noodles.</li>
