<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup yellow onion, finely diced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 bay leaf</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon paprika</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 large egg</li>
<li class="ingredient">12 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon kosher salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">Fresh black pepper</li>
<li class="ERSeparator">Topping:</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 tablespoons butter</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup bread crumbs</li>

<li class="instruction">Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a pot, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and mustard and keep it moving for about five minutes. Make sure it&#8217;s free of lumps. Stir in the milk, onion, bay leaf, and paprika. Simmer for ten minutes and remove the bay leaf.</li>
<li class="instruction">Temper in the egg. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Fold the Macaroni Shirataki into the mix and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction">Melt the butter in a saute pan and toss the bread crumbs to coat. Top the Macaroni Shirataki with the bread crumbs.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for five minutes before serving.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom and sides of a 3 quart baking dish and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the garlic to the pan and cook until lightly golden brown. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Whisk in 6 cups of the hot milk, increase the heat to high and cook, whisking constantly until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Whisk in the eggs until incorporated and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove from the heat and whisk in the thyme, cayenne, and all of the cheese until completely melted, season with salt and pepper. If the mixture appears too thick, add some of the remaining milk 1/4 cup at a time.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the Macaroni Shirataki in a large bowl, add the cheese sauce, reserved pancetta and parsley and stir until combined.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Combine together additional Asiago, Cheddars, Fontina, and Parmesan in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over the top of the macaroni.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake in the oven until heated through and the top is lightly golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.</li>

<li class="instruction">Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cut the butternut squash lengthwise in half and scoop out the insides and discard them (or save the seeds and toast them).</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour 1/4 cup of water into a glass or ceramic baking dish and place the butternut squash halves cut side down. Bake for 40 minutes or until a fork easily pierces the squash. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Scoop out the squash flesh from the skins and purée with a blender (work in batches or place in a bowl and use a hand blender). Discard the skins.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the olive oil into a wide skillet on medium heat. Add the shallots and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the butternut squash purée and cook for about a minute, mixing it in with the shallots.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the cream, a tablespoon at a time, slowly stirring it in to incorporate and to avoid lumps.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the Parmesan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add water (or chicken stock) to thin to the consistency you want.</li>
<li class="instruction">Take off heat and add the parsley and lemon juice. Cover the pan to keep warm.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the sauce over the Fettuccine Shirataki.</li>
<li class="instruction">Garnish with a little extra parsley and Parmesan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve immediately.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 package Fettuccine Shirataki</li>
<li class="ingredient">7 ounces fresh mushrooms ( sliced button, sliced shitake)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 tablespoons butter</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon minced fresh herbs (parsley, green onion, cilantro or basil)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon sesame seeds</li>

<li class="instruction">Make the dressing by combining all ingredients, except for the sesame oil and olive oil in a food processor or hand blender. Run the blender for a few seconds, until all ingredients are combined. With the machine running, drizzle in the oils.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add the butter and when the butter starts bubbling, add the mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms for 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, toss the Fettuccine Shirataki with the mushrooms, fresh herbs, sesame seeds and some of the dressing (to taste.)</li>

<li class="instruction">Melt over low heat until smooth. Stir constantly to keep cheese from scorching.</li>
<li class="instruction">Put Macaroni Shirataki Noodles into cheese mixture and stir. If it is too thick add milk until it stirs easily.The mixture should be juicy but not runny.</li>

<li class="instruction">Prepare the Shirataki Noodles by rinsing them under warm water thoroughly. Cut the noodles with a pair of kitchen shears into about an inch and half strips. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large non stick skillet, saute onion , celery, and green pepper in oil till tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in spaghetti sauce , basil and oregano. Bring to a boil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reduce heat: simmer , uncovered for about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir Shirataki Noodles into sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish coated with non stick spray.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a sauce pan , combine the flour, salt nutmeg and cayenne. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bring to a boil over medium heat , cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reduce heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour over noodle mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Top with Parmesan cheese and sliced tomatoes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.</li>
<li class="instruction">Let the dish sand for at least 5 minutes before serving.</li>

<li class="instruction">In large saucepan melt butter and add 2 tablespoons green onions or chives, Shirataki noodles, sour cream, grated cheese, and nutmeg.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss lightly to coat Shirataki noodles.</li>
<li class="instruction">Turn into heated casserole or serving bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese.</li>
