<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon minced garlic</li>
<li class="ingredient">8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 cups water</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 beef bouillon cubes</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/8 teaspoon pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup all-purpose white flour</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup cold water</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup low fat sour cream</li>
<li class="ingredient">2- 8 ounce packages Shirataki Egg Noodles</li>

<ol class="instructions">
<li>Fry meat in a large skillet. Drain off any fat and rinse in hot water</li>
<li>Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms to the pan. Saute all together until the onions and mushrooms are tender. Return beef to skillet.</li>
<li>Add the water, beef bouillon, and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, combine the white flour and 1/2-cup cold water in a small jar with a good lid. Screw the lid on and shake the mixture until the flour is dissolved into the water.</li>
<li>Pour this slurry into the boiling mixture on the stove. Simmer for a few minutes to thicken.</li>
<li>Remove the skillet from the heat and allow it to sit until all boiling stops.</li>
<li>Stir in the sour cream. Mix well.</li>
<li>Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles under hot water.</li>
<li>Serve over egg noodles.</li>

<li> Cut chicken in half lengthwise and slice them into thin strips</li>
<li> Slice onions into 1 inch pieces</li>
<li> Slice carrots into thin julienne strips</li>
<li>In a small bowl stir lime juice, soy sauce, water, and oil. set aside</li>
<li>Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over medium heat add chicken and stir fry until cooked</li>
<li>Add carrot, pepper, onions,  garlic and ginger</li>
<li> Sprinkle with curry powder and salt</li>
<li> Add noodles then pour in lime mixture</li>
<li> Stir often until noodles turn yellow</li>
<li> Remove from heat and stir in coriander</li>

<li class="ingredient">1/4  teaspoon dried mustard</li>
<li class="ingredient">1  teaspoon garlic powder</li>

<li class="ingredient">1  teaspoon paprika</li>
<li class="ingredient">1  cup cornflake crumbs</li>

<li>Rinse and drain Shirataki Noodles</li>
<li>In baking dish combine tuna, soup, skim milk, celery seed, mustard, garlic, cayenne pepper, and paprika.</li>
<li>Add salt and pepper if you like.</li>
<li>Mix well and add noodles in thirds untill blended well.</li>
<li>In a separate dish combine  crumbs, bouquet garni, cheese, butter.</li>
<li>Mix until you can make a &#8216;crumb topping&#8217;.</li>
<li>Sprinkle over top.</li>
<li>Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or untill topping is crispy.</li>

<li>Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in fry pan on medium high.</li>
<li> Toss in noodles fry for about 5 minutes.</li>
<li> Add last of butter, turn noodles and add rest of bread crumbs.</li>
<li> Cook another 10 minutes turning and stirring the noodles to brown evenly.</li>

<li> Pour the au jou juice over the meat and turn slow cooker onto high cooking till meat tender.   Usually takes 6 to 8 hours.</li>
<li> Check at 6 hours and if meat is tender add the Shirataki Noodles to the slow cooker.</li>

<li> Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.</li>
<li>Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute.</li>
<li> Add bok choy and soy sauce cook 3 to 5 minutes, until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp-tender.</li>
<li> Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.</li>
<li> Serve over bed of Shirataki Noodles</li>

<li>Rinse and drain shirataki noodles thoroughly and put into a bowl.</li>
<li> Microwave for 1 minute and then drain again and dry well.</li>
<li> Cut noodles into 6-8 inch lengths. put noodles back into the bowl.</li>
<li>Add cream cheese and veggies.</li>
<li> Microwave for an additional 2 minutes stopping to mix half way through.</li>
<li> Add parmesaen cheese and mix again.</li>
<li> Add salt and pepper to taste.</li>
