<ol>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Tie the celery, carrot, thyme, parsley, and bay leaf into a bundle using cotton butcher&#8217;s twine. Place the beans, bundle, and onion into a pot. Add just enough water to barely cover the beans. Bring to a simmer, partially cover, and cook for 1 to 2 hours until beans are barely tender.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">After 30 minutes, add the salt to the beans. Occasionally check on the beans and add water to cover the beans, if needed.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">When beans are just barely tender, drain them and remove the carrot bundle.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Toss the beans while hot with the olive oil, lime juice, onion, cilantro, cumin, Macaroni Shirataki and chili powder.</li>

<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add cut up chicken, season and saute until cooked through stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add green beans and pepper strips and continue cooking for 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">While chicken cooks, start the peanut curry sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Pour sauce into a frying pan over the chicken and vegetables, stir to combine.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Turn heat up to high and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 6 to 8 minutes.</li>

<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a pot, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and mustard and keep it moving for about five minutes. Make sure it&#8217;s free of lumps. Stir in the milk, onion, bay leaf, and paprika. Simmer for ten minutes and remove the bay leaf.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Temper in the egg. Stir in &frac34; of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Fold the Macaroni Shirataki into the mix and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Melt the butter in a saute pan and toss the bread crumbs to coat. Top the Macaroni Shirataki with the bread crumbs.</li>

<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Place chicken on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of Special Seasoning and all of the thyme, and then drizzle it with olive oil.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through but still juicy; do not overcook.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">While the chicken is cooking, put the Shirataki Noodles in a large bowl for tossing.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Remove the chicken from the baking sheet and set aside. Pour the juices from the baking sheet into a medium bowl.</li>

<ol>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom and sides of a 3 quart baking dish and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add the garlic to the pan and cook until lightly golden brown. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Whisk in 6 cups of the hot milk, increase the heat to high and cook, whisking constantly until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Whisk in the eggs until incorporated and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Remove from the heat and whisk in the thyme, cayenne, and all of the cheese until completely melted, season with salt and pepper. If the mixture appears too thick, add some of the remaining milk &frac14; cup at a time.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Place the Macaroni Shirataki in a large bowl, add the cheese sauce, reserved pancetta and parsley and stir until combined.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Combine together additional Asiago, Cheddars, Fontina, and Parmesan in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over the top of the macaroni.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Bake in the oven until heated through and the top is lightly golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.</li>

<li class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Place the vegetable oil and flour into a 5 to 6-quart cast iron Dutch oven and whisk together to combine. Place on the middle shelf of the oven, uncovered, and bake for 1&frac12; hours, whisking 2 to 3 times throughout the cooking process.</li>

Decrease the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until the liquid has reduced to 1-quart. Remove from the heat and strain the liquid into a container, discarding the solids.</li>
