<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 pounds cherry tomatoes</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 small can of chicken broth</li>
<li class="ingredient">salt and freshly ground pepper to taste</li>

<li class="instruction">Rinse Shirataki Noodles very well under warm water. Drain on paper towels until ready to use.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir 30 seconds. Add bacon and crushed red pepper; sauté until bacon is crisp, about 4 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add tomatoes; sauté until soft, about 4 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Into a large pot, transfer tomato mixture and pasta.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add 3/4 cup cheese and 2 tablespoons basil. Toss over medium heat until cheese melts and sauce coats pasta, adding chicken stock by 1/4 cupfuls if dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of basil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve remaining cheese alongside.</li>

<li class="instruction">Put tomatoes, garlic and a pinch of salt in one layer in a large shallow baking pan, then combine with oil and roast in oven until browned softened, 20 to 25 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, rinse pasta under warm water . Drain on paper towels till needed.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss pasta with tomato mixture, chicken, cheese, basil and salt and pepper to taste.</li>

<li class="instruction">Prepare the Shirataki Noodles by rinsing them under warm water thoroughly. Cut the noodles with a pair of kitchen shears into about an inch and half strips. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large non stick skillet, saute onion , celery, and green pepper in oil till tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in spaghetti sauce , basil and oregano. Bring to a boil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reduce heat: simmer , uncovered for about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir Shirataki Noodles into sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish coated with non stick spray.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a sauce pan , combine the flour, salt nutmeg and cayenne. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bring to a boil over medium heat , cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reduce heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour over noodle mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Top with Parmesan cheese and sliced tomatoes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.</li>
<li class="instruction">Let the dish sand for at least 5 minutes before serving.</li>

<li class="ingredient">3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans low sodium vegetable broth or low sodium chicken broth or low sodium beef broth</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 cups water</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon dried oregano</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon dried basil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 bay leaf</li>
<li class="ingredient">salt fresh ground pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 (12 ounce) cans white cannellini beans or great northern beans, rinsed</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup chopped parsley</li>

<ol>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Saute onion, stirring until pale golden, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add garlic, carrots and celery and saute until tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add tomatoes and reserved juice, broth, water, oregano, basil, bay leaf, and salt and pepper to taste.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, about 30 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the beans and Shirataki noodles.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove bay leaf.</li>
<li class="instruction">Sprinkle some of the parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on each serving of soup, or stir into saucepan prior to serving.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and wash Fettuccine Shirataki for one minute. Cut into 3-4 inch lengths.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a non-stick skillet, toss Fettuccine Shirataki over medium-high heat until dry. Set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for a few seconds, add beaten eggs and make into an omelet.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove to a plate, then cut into 1/2-inch wide strips. Set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Add shrimp, stir-fry until pink. Remove to omelet plate.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir-fry vegetables in skillet 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Fettuccine Shirataki , stir-fry 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in sauce. Add egg and shrimp, heat through.</li>
