<li class="ingredient">2 cloves garlic, minced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup chicken broth</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup orange juice</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons cider vinegar</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 tablespoon brown sugar</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 medium carrots, sliced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon corn starch</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup sliced green onions</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 package Fettuccine Shirataki</li>

<ol>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl combine cumin, salt and pepper. Add pork; toss to coat.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add the pork and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes or until browned.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl blend the broth, orange juice, vinegar, and brown sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup of the broth mixture. Pour all but the reserved broth mixture into the skillet with the pork and garlic.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the carrots. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium. Cook 7-8 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Blend corn starch into reserved broth mixture. Stirring constantly, pour the corn starch mixture into the skillet to thicken the sauce. Add the green onions. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 more minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss with the Fettuccine Shirataki. Serve immediately.</li>

<li class="instruction">While the lentil mix is cooking, cut up veggies and saute until soft.</li>
<li class="instruction">In the casserole dish layer noodles, veggies and chunks of cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction">Continue layering and then top with olive garnish.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.</li>

<li class="instruction">Rinse and drain the Shiratki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a saucepan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place carrots in water and lightly blanch in water for 1 minute, or until bright orange. Remove with slotted spoon and place in large mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Repeat blanching process with peas.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add peas to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Blanch broccoli, remove from water and place on cutting board. Chop and add to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Blanch asparagus, remove from water, place on cutting board and cut into 1 inch pieces.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Shirataki Fettucine to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Mix gently with blanched vegetables.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add bell pepper and radishes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss to mix.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add dressing to salad and toss gently.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place one fourth of the spinach leaves on each serving plate.</li>
<li class="instruction">Top with pasta salad and garnish each salad with tomatoes and green onions.</li>
