<li class="instruction">Place the vegetable oil and flour into a 5 to 6-quart cast iron Dutch oven and whisk together to combine. Place on the middle shelf of the oven, uncovered, and bake for 1 1/2 hours, whisking 2 to 3 times throughout the cooking process.</li>
<li class="instruction">While the roux is baking, de-head, peel and devein the shrimp. Place the shrimp in a bowl and set in the refrigerator.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the heads and shells in a 4-quart saucepan along with the 2 quarts of water, set over high heat and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until the liquid has reduced to 1-quart. Remove from the heat and strain the liquid into a container, discarding the solids.</li>
<li class="instruction">Once the roux is done, carefully remove it from the oven and set over medium-high heat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Gently add the onions, celery, green peppers and garlic and cook, moving constantly for 7 to 8 minutes or until the onions begin to turn translucent.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the tomatoes, salt, black pepper, thyme, cayenne pepper, and bay leaves and stir to combine.</li>
<li class="instruction">Gradually add the shrimp broth while whisking continually.</li>
<li class="instruction">Decrease the heat to low, cover and cook for 35 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the shrimp and sausage and stir to combine.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the file powder while stirring constantly. Cover and allow to sit for 10 minutes prior to serving.</li>

<li class="instruction">While the lentil mix is cooking, cut up veggies and saute until soft.</li>
<li class="instruction">In the casserole dish layer noodles, veggies and chunks of cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction">Continue layering and then top with olive garnish.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.</li>

<li class="instruction">Prepare the Shirataki Noodles by rinsing them under warm water thoroughly. Cut the noodles with a pair of kitchen shears into about an inch and half strips. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large non stick skillet, saute onion , celery, and green pepper in oil till tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in spaghetti sauce , basil and oregano. Bring to a boil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reduce heat: simmer , uncovered for about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir Shirataki Noodles into sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish coated with non stick spray.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a sauce pan , combine the flour, salt nutmeg and cayenne. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bring to a boil over medium heat , cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reduce heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour over noodle mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Top with Parmesan cheese and sliced tomatoes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.</li>

<li class="instruction">Trim fat from pot roast. Cut roast, if necessary, to fit into a 3½ or 4-quart crock pot.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook roast in hot oil until brown on all sides. Drain off fat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, place carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in cooker. Sprinkle tapioca over vegetables.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place roast on top of vegetables.</li>
<li class="instruction">Combine the undrained tomatoes, the tomato paste, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and bay leaf in a medium bowl. Pour over roast.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high 4 to 5 hours).</li>
<li class="instruction">Discard bay leaf. Skim off fat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve meat and vegetables with noodles.</li>
