<li class="ingredient">1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 pounds cherry tomatoes</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 tablespoons shredded basil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 small can of chicken broth</li>
<li class="ingredient">salt and freshly ground pepper to taste</li>

<li class="instruction">Rinse Shirataki Noodles very well under warm water. Drain on paper towels until ready to use.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir 30 seconds. Add bacon and crushed red pepper; sauté until bacon is crisp, about 4 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add tomatoes; sauté until soft, about 4 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Into a large pot, transfer tomato mixture and pasta.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add 3/4 cup cheese and 2 tablespoons basil. Toss over medium heat until cheese melts and sauce coats pasta, adding chicken stock by 1/4 cupfuls if dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of basil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve remaining cheese alongside.</li>

<li class="instruction">Rinse and drain the Shiratki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a saucepan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place carrots in water and lightly blanch in water for 1 minute, or until bright orange. Remove with slotted spoon and place in large mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Repeat blanching process with peas.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add peas to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Blanch broccoli, remove from water and place on cutting board. Chop and add to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Blanch asparagus, remove from water, place on cutting board and cut into 1 inch pieces.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Shirataki Fettucine to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Mix gently with blanched vegetables.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add bell pepper and radishes.</li>

<li class="instruction">Add dressing to salad and toss gently.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place one fourth of the spinach leaves on each serving plate.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup lite soy milk</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup non-fat italian dressing</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup parsley &#8212; chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 tablespoons onion powder</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons soy sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup mushrooms &#8212; sliced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup carrots &#8212; diced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup cucumbers &#8212; diced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup cherry tomatoes &#8212; halved</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup yellow or green pepper halved (or both)</li>

<li class="instruction">Trim and wash spinach, place in saucepan with some water clinging to the leaves. Cover and cook over medium heat until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain off water. set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shritaki Noodles in warm water. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place next 7 ingredients in a blender jar. Add spinach and process until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place next 5 ingredients and Shirataki Noodles in a large bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add blended dressing and toss to mix.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain the Shirataki Noodles. Rinse under warm water . Rinse well. Place on paper towels to dry. Using kitchen shears, cut the Shirataki into bite size pieces.</li>

<li class="instruction">Mix together dressing ingredients in jar and shake until blended.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour over Shirataki Noodle mixture and toss lightly.</li>
<li class="instruction">Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.</li>
