Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups Shirataki Noodles
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 package 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. In a skillet cook ground beef, drain fat.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warm.
  3. Rinse and drain the Shiratki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Place in a 2½ quart greased baking dish.
  5. Top with meat and sauce.
  6. Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
  7. Spread over the top of the meat and sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1-8 ounce package Angel Hair Shirataki
  • 1 cup assorted chopped veggies such as broccoli, zucchini and red bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons fat free or light cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon reduced fat parmesan grated topping
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain shirataki noodles thoroughly and put into a bowl.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute and then drain again and dry well.
  3. Cut noodles into 6-8 inch lengths. put noodles back into the bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese and veggies.
  5. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes stopping to mix half way through.
  6. Add parmesaen cheese and mix again.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 18 ounce package softened cream cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅔ cup boiling water
  • 8 ounce Fettuccini Shirataki Noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
  • ¾ cups Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated
  • parsley (garnish)
Instructions
  1. Combine ¼ cup butter, parsley and basil; Blend in cream cheese and pepper; stir in boiling water and blend well.
  2. Keep warm over a pan of hot water.
  3. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  4. Cook garlic in ¼ cup butter, pour over noodles; toss again.
  5. Add cream sauce and the rest of the cheese, blend well.
  6. You may garnish with parsley if desired.
