Ingredients
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1⅓ cup water
  • 1 package Shirataki Noodles
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound)
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles. Cut into bite size pieces with kitchen shears. Pat them dry on paper towels.
  2. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Stir the soup, water, noodles, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Top with the chicken. Cover the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Top with the cheese.
  6. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 package Shirataki Penne Noodles
  • 1 can (10¾ oz.) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 bag (about 16 oz.) frozen vegetables
  • 2 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon margarine , melted
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Penne noodles. Rinse really well.
  2. MIX soup, water, vegetable, Shirataki Penne and chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Mix stuffing and butter. Sprinkle on top.
  4. BAKE at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot.

Ingredients
  • 2 can (10¾ ounces each) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 large carrots , thickly sliced (about 6 cups)
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 pound package Shirataki Noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Stir the soup, water, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder and carrots in a 3½-quart slow cooker.
  2. Add the chicken and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.
  5. Serve with the Shirataki Noodles.
  6. Sprinkle with the parsley.
