Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons Heinz ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot starch
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 /2 pound cooked baby shrimp, thawed if frozen, well drained
  • 2 8-ounce packages Fettuccine Shirataki
  • ½ cup thinly sliced on the diagonal green onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • 4 sprigs of cilantro for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  2. To make sauce, combine ketchup, Splenda, vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, arrowroot and chili paste.
  3. Heat oil in large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add garlic and fry until it turns pale gold.
  4. Add eggs and scramble until almost set.
  5. Add bean sprouts and shrimp. Stir-fry until heated through.
  6. Add sauce and cook until it boils.
  7. Add Fettuccine Shirataki and green onion.
  8. Stir-fry until piping hot.
  9. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with peanuts and garnish with cilantro. Makes four side or two main course servings.

Ingredients
  • 2 ( 8 ounce ) packages Fettuccine Shirataki
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 ounces shelled raw medium shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup thin slivers green onions
  • 1 cup thin slivers zucchini
  • ½ cup Sweet & Spicy Peanut Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Drain and wash Fettuccine Shirataki for one minute. Cut into 3-4 inch lengths.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, toss Fettuccine Shirataki over medium-high heat until dry. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for a few seconds, add beaten eggs and make into an omelet.
  4. Remove to a plate, then cut into ½-inch wide strips. Set aside.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Add shrimp, stir-fry until pink. Remove to omelet plate.
  6. Stir-fry vegetables in skillet 3 minutes.
  7. Add Fettuccine Shirataki , stir-fry 2 minutes.
  8. Stir in sauce. Add egg and shrimp, heat through.
  9. Serve garnished with chopped peanuts and fresh herbs.

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
  • ¾ pound shrimp, 26-30 count, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 packages Tofu Shirataki
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ up green onion, thinly sliced on the diagonal
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  2. Heat ½ teaspoon oil over high heat in nonstick, 8-inch frying pan.
  3. Add ½ of egg mixture and swirl in pan to form thin omelet. Turn out onto plate. Repeat with remaining egg and oil.
  4. When cool, cut into very fine strips.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large frying pan or wok over high heat.
  6. Add ginger and garlic and stir once.
  7. Add shrimp and stir fry until they curl
  8. Add curry powder and stir a few times, then add chicken, red pepper and bean sprouts.
  9. Stir-fry until vegetables start to soften.
  10. Add noodles, salt, soy sauce and green onion.
  11. Stir-fry until noodles are piping hot.
  12. Serve immediately. Makes four side or two main course servings.
