<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon corn starch</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons vegetable oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)</li>
<li class="ingredient">3-4 green onions, cut on a diagonal, 1/2-inch apart, including the greens</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced</li>
<li class="ingredient">2-3 hot chiles, preferably red serranos, seeded, sliced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1-inch nob of ginger, peeled, cut lengthwise into matchstick shapes</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup loosely packed, chopped cilantro</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 package Spaghetti Shirataki Noodles</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Chill the steak in the freezer for 30 minutes before you slice it, this will make it easier to cut in thin slices. Slice the steak first crosswise in 1/2-inch thick slices. Then cut each slice lengthwise into strips.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients; the soy sauce, vinegar, grated ginger, honey, red chile flakes, and cumin.</li>
<li class="instruction">Mix the beef in with the marinade to coat and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, in the fridge.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, mix the corn starch with 2 tablespoons of cold water to make a slurry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat the oil in a wok, or a large sauté pan, over high heat until it is nearly smoking. As the oil is heating up, pat the beef dry and separate it into small batches no larger than what can fit into the palm of your hand. Working in batches, sauté beef until just brown outside but rare inside, no more than 1 minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer beef to a bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">When all of the beef is cooked, put the chiles and garlic into the pan and stir-fry 30-45 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the julienned ginger and cook for 30-45 seconds more.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the beef back to the pan. Add the cornstarch slurry. Add the scallions and mix everything together. Cook for 1 minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Turn the heat off and mix in the cilantro.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve at once over a bed of Spaghetti Shirataki Noodles.</li>

<li class="instruction">Make the dressing by combining all ingredients, except for the sesame oil and olive oil in a food processor or hand blender. Run the blender for a few seconds, until all ingredients are combined. With the machine running, drizzle in the oils.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add the butter and when the butter starts bubbling, add the mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms for 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, toss the Fettuccine Shirataki with the mushrooms, fresh herbs, sesame seeds and some of the dressing (to taste.)</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce and sugar and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss the pork with the cornstarch and salt. In a wok or large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil until hot but not smoking. Add the pork and cook, undisturbed, for about 2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until the meat is almost cooked through, about one minute longer. Remove.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the snap peas and scallions and cook, stirring, until the snap peas are just cooked, about 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the pork with any juices that may have accumulated.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the orange juice mixture and continue cooking just until the pork is done and the sauce has thickened slightly, 1-2 minutes longer.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles on serving platter. Pour pork mixture over the pasta.</li>

<li class="ingredient">2 1/2-inch-thick slices ginger, smashed</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 cups sugar snap peas (6 ounces)</li>
<li class="ingredient">szechuan sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 scallion, minced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 pound package Shirataki Noodles</li>

<div class="instructions">
<ol>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Combine chicken, rice wine (or sherry), soy sauce, cornstarch and garlic in a medium bowl; mix thoroughly.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a 14-inch flat-bottomed wok or large skillet over high heat until a bead of water vaporizes within 1 to 2 seconds of contact.</li>
<li class="instruction">Swirl oil into the pan, add ginger and stir-fry for 10 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Carefully add the chicken mixture, spreading it out. Cook until the chicken begins to brown, about 1 minute. Using a spatula, stir-fry for 30 seconds. Spread the chicken out again and cook for 30 seconds. Continue stir-frying until the chicken is lightly browned on all sides, 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add sugar snap peas and stir-fry for 1 minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir the szechuan sauce, swirl it into the pan and stir-fry until the chicken is just cooked through and the sauce is slightly thickened and glossy, 30 seconds to 1 minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove from heat and add Shirataki Noodles and stir well to coat the noodles.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer to a platter (discard the ginger) and sprinkle with peanuts and scallions.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, honey, ginger, red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, pineapple and reserved juice, mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pat salmon dry with paper towels.</li>
<li class="instruction">Sprinkle with cumin , pepper and remaining salt.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place skin side down in a 13 x 9 baking pan sprayed with non stick olive oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse the Shirataki Tofu Noodles well under warm water. Pat dry on paper towels.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add a mound of Shirataki Tofu Noodles to serving plates.</li>
<li class="instruction">Top with salmon.</li>
<li class="instruction">Then top salmon with the salsa.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1/2 pound Flank steak, top sirloin, or tenderloin; sliced across grain into thin slices</li>
<li class="ingredient">1pound broccoli; chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 tablespoons peanut oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon minced ginger</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup water</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoon sesame oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1-8 ounce package Shirataki Noodles</li>
<li class="ingredient">Marinade (combine in bowl)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon oyster sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon rice wine</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon brown sugar</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoons potato starch</li>
<li class="ingredient">Seasoning Sauce (combine in cup)</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoons rice wine (sake)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon brown sugar</li>
<li class="ingredient">1teaspoon potato starch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water</li>

<ol>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Thoroughly mix beef with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat wok over highest heat, when hot, swirl in 2 tablespoons peanut oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add ginger and salt, then toss for a few seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add broccoli &#8211; stir fry one minute, then add water, turn heat to med-high, cover, and steam until crisp tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Uncover and turn heat to high, stir frying until water is evaporated.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove broccoli and reserve.</li>
<li class="instruction">Reheat same wok (without rinsing), when hot, add remaining peanut oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add beef slices and stir fry until lightly browned but not cooked through.</li>
<li class="instruction">Do not stir fry too vigorously or meat will not brown, it is better to press slices against sides of wok to sear.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add broccoli to wok and toss.</li>
<li class="instruction">When hot, stir in seasoning sauce and stir until sauce thickens (it&#8217;s a good idea to whisk the sauce in the cup just before you poor it into the wok). Turn onto a platter over Shirataki Noodles and drizzle sesame oil over the top.</li>

<ol>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse the Shirataki Noodles under warm water for at least 2 minutes. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a medium bowl, place the first 8 ingriedents, and toss them to combined.</li>
<li class="instruction">Let it marinade for 4-5 hours, or over night, tossing every few hours.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a little more sesame oil in a large wok or skillet.</li>
<li class="instruction">Take the pork out of the marinade, shake off excess marinade, and stir fry in the wok or skillet; season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the corn starch to the marinade and whisk to dissolve.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the peppers and onions when the pork is fully cooked and stir fry for about 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the Shirataki Noodles and marinade, and bring to a boil to thicken sauce.</li>
