Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Macaroni Shirataki
  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ½-1 teaspoon dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • grated romano cheese or parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Macaroni Shirataki under warm water for 2 minutes. Place on paper towels to dry.
  2. Blend together all other ingredients EXCEPT CHEESE; fold in noodles.
  3. Turn into a lightly greased or sprayed casserole dish.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake covered at 375 F for 30 minutes; Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

Roast Beef with Shirataki Noodles

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Shirataki Noodles
  • 8 ounces roast beef, cooked -- sliced in strips
  • 1 cup celery -- sliced1/4" thick
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes -- halved
  • ½ cup red onion -- sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley -- chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh tarragon -- chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together beef, celery, tomatoes and red onions (separated into rings). Stir into Shirataki Noodles. Refrigerate at least one hour.
  3. In another bowl, stir together yogurt , mayo or salad dressing, parsley, chives, tarragon, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Pour dressing over the entire salad and serve in a large bowl.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ( 2-8 ounce packages) Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 cup shrimp -- cooked or tuna-- flaked
  • ⅓ cup green pepper -- diced
  • ¼ cup carrots -- sliced
  • ½ cup zucchini -- sliced
  • ⅓ cup worcestershire
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Shirataki Noodles, shrimp or tuna, bell pepper, carrots and zucchini.
  3. Add worcestershire, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and toss lightly to combine.
  4. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
