<li class="ingredient">3 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 cups mayonnaise</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup chopped green onions, green part only, plus extra for garnish</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon seasoning salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">Tomato wedges, for garnish</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li class="instruction">Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place chicken on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of Special Seasoning and all of the thyme, and then drizzle it with olive oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through but still juicy; do not overcook.</li>
<li class="instruction">While the chicken is cooking, put the Shirataki Noodles in a large bowl for tossing.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove the chicken from the baking sheet and set aside. Pour the juices from the baking sheet into a medium bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, basil, the remaining teaspoon of Special Seasoning, and the seasoning salt, and stir until well blended.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss gently.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the chicken strips on top of the pasta.</li>
<li class="instruction">Garnish with tomato wedges and additional sliced green onions.</li>

<li class="ingredient">2 cups freshly grated Asiago cheese, plus more for the top</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 cups Irish white Cheddar, plus more for the top</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar, plus more for the top</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup grated Fontina cheese, plus more for the top</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, plus more for the top</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 package Macaroni Shirataki, rinsed extremely well</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom and sides of a 3 quart baking dish and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the garlic to the pan and cook until lightly golden brown. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Whisk in 6 cups of the hot milk, increase the heat to high and cook, whisking constantly until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Whisk in the eggs until incorporated and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove from the heat and whisk in the thyme, cayenne, and all of the cheese until completely melted, season with salt and pepper. If the mixture appears too thick, add some of the remaining milk 1/4 cup at a time.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the Macaroni Shirataki in a large bowl, add the cheese sauce, reserved pancetta and parsley and stir until combined.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Combine together additional Asiago, Cheddars, Fontina, and Parmesan in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over the top of the macaroni.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake in the oven until heated through and the top is lightly golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.</li>

<li class="instruction">Add ground beef, tomatoes, salt and pepper to the onion and garlic mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until flavors marry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Macaroni Shirataki just a few minutes before ready to serve.</li>
<li class="instruction">If desired, top with Parmesan cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve with crusty bread and a salad.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse the Shirataki Noodles really well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Wash the brussels sprouts well. Trim the stems and discard any of the loose leaves. Quarter them lengthwise.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the oil and chili flakes into a large skillet and place over medium-high heat. Add the brussels sprouts to the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the sprouts begin to brown a bit. They may absorb all the oil, if they do just add another 1/2 tablespoon of oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the black bean garlic sauce and stir until all the brussels sprouts are well coated. Add a pinch of ground black pepper (the sauce is already salty so you probably won&#8217;t need any salt). Cook for about 30 more seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Take off heat and serve immediately on a bed of Shirataki Noodles.</li>

<li class="instruction">Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a couple teaspoons of salt. Have an ice bath ready. Add the asparagus and cook until tender but firm, about 4 minutes. Remove the asparagus with tongs and place in the ice bath to stop the cooking.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cut the asparagus into 1/8-inch diagonal slices, leaving the tips intact.Reserve 1 cup of the asparagus cooking water.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Rub the inside of a large serving bowl with the mashed garlic. Discard the garlic.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the ricotta, olive oil, and 1/4 cup of the asparagus cooking water. Mix together in the bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the Macaroni Shirataki to the ricotta mixture. Fold in the asparagus and half of the Parmesan cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction">Season to taste with salt, pepper, and several dashes of nutmeg. Add some of the reserved asparagus water if needed.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve with remaining grated Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl for sprinkling.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat olive oil in a very large skillet on medium heat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the chopped onion, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are softened.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the garlic, fresh thyme, season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional minute until the garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a large cast iron pan on high heat. Salt the bottom of the pan generously. Once the pan is hot, break up small chunks of ground beef and add them to the pan, without stirring. ( work in batches; do not crowd the pan.) You want the meat to get well browned. If the pan is too hot and the meat is burning, not browning, take the pan off the heat for a little, and reduce the heat to medium high.</li>
<li class="instruction">Once the meat is browned on one side (a couple of minutes), use a metal spatula to flip the meat over to brown on the other side. At this point, assuming you are using a cast iron pan, you can remove the pan from the heat. The residual heat in the pan will finish cooking the meat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Use a slotted spoon to lift the meat from the cast iron pan and add it to the pan with the seasoned onions.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add tomato sauce. Use the edge of your metal spatula to break up the bigger chunks of meat into smaller pieces.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add basil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add a teaspoon of sugar. Bring to a simmer on low heat, let cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Once the sauce has simmered for 15 minutes, adjust seasonings. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a little more sugar if the sauce is too acidic.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add more tomato sauce if the sauce is a little dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the Macaroni Shirataki. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.</li>

<li class="instruction">Cut the butternut squash lengthwise in half and scoop out the insides and discard them (or save the seeds and toast them).</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour 1/4 cup of water into a glass or ceramic baking dish and place the butternut squash halves cut side down. Bake for 40 minutes or until a fork easily pierces the squash. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Scoop out the squash flesh from the skins and purée with a blender (work in batches or place in a bowl and use a hand blender). Discard the skins.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the olive oil into a wide skillet on medium heat. Add the shallots and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the butternut squash purée and cook for about a minute, mixing it in with the shallots.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the cream, a tablespoon at a time, slowly stirring it in to incorporate and to avoid lumps.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the Parmesan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add water (or chicken stock) to thin to the consistency you want.</li>
<li class="instruction">Take off heat and add the parsley and lemon juice. Cover the pan to keep warm.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the sauce over the Fettuccine Shirataki.</li>
<li class="instruction">Garnish with a little extra parsley and Parmesan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve immediately.</li>

<li class="instruction">Make the dressing by combining all ingredients, except for the sesame oil and olive oil in a food processor or hand blender. Run the blender for a few seconds, until all ingredients are combined. With the machine running, drizzle in the oils.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add the butter and when the butter starts bubbling, add the mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms for 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, toss the Fettuccine Shirataki with the mushrooms, fresh herbs, sesame seeds and some of the dressing (to taste.)</li>
