Ingredients
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1½ cup cooked cut asparagus
  • 1½ cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 package Macaroni Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Macaroni Shirataki Noodles under water. Dry on paper towels.
  2. Stir the soup, milk, onion powder, black pepper, asparagus, ham, Macaroni Shirataki and ½ cup cheese in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until the ham mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the ham mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1⅓ cup water
  • 1 package Shirataki Noodles
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound)
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles. Cut into bite size pieces with kitchen shears. Pat them dry on paper towels.
  2. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Stir the soup, water, noodles, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Top with the chicken. Cover the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Top with the cheese.
  6. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes.

 

Broccoli Shirataki Noodles Casserole

Broccoli Shirataki Noodles Casserole

Ingredients
  • 10 ounces broccoli florets
  • 1 pound package Shirataki Noodles
  • ½ cup soy margarine
  • ½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3 and ½ cups boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1
  • ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of paprika
Instructions
  1. Steam the broccoli about 6 minutes.
  2. Rinse and drain Shirataki Noodles under warm water. Pat dry on paper towels.
  3. Spread the Shirataki Noodles evenly over the bottom of a 9-by-13" baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the broccoli over the Shirataki Noodles and set aside.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  6. Melt the margarine in a medium frying pan over low heat.
  7. Beat in the flour with a whisk over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  8. Then whisk in the boiling water, salt, soy sauce, garlic and onion powders and turmeric.
  9. Cook the sauce until it thickens and bubbles, then whip in the yeast.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and Shirataki Noodles, sprinkle the top with paprika and bake for 15 minutes.
  12. If desired, place pan under broiler for a few minutes until the sauce is browned and crusty.
