<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons soy sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoons hoisin sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 (2-ounce) package slivered almonds, toasted (1/2 cup)</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Tofu Shirataki very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook sugar snap peas according to package directions; drain well.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, combine sugar snap peas, Tofu Shirataki, water chestnuts, chicken, green onion, and red bell pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Pour over Tofu Shirataki mixture, tossing gently to coat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in toasted almonds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cover and chill until ready to serve.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 pound of flank steak, sliced in half lengthwise (along the grain) and then cut into thin strips, 2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide*</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 red bell pepper, seeded, de-ribbed, and cut into thin strips 2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide</li>
<li class="ERSeparator">Stir Fry Sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoons of cornstarch dissolved into 3 Tablespoons of water</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 tablespoons soy sauce (use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free version)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon finely chopped, peeled, fresh ginger</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 small clove garlic, minced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 green onion, including green tops, chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon chili oil</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">While you are chopping the ingredients in preparation, bring a small saucepan of water to boil. Parboil the asparagus pieces for 2 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water, drain, and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Prepare the Stir Fry Sauce by combining the ingredients in a small dish, and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir-fry the asparagus in a wok in 1 tablespoon of oil, on high heat, for about 2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove asparagus from pan and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add another 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and stir fry the beef strips, in 2 batches, for 2-3 minutes until browned but still pink inside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Return the first batch of beef to the pan and add the bell pepper. Stir and toss over high heat until just beginning to wilt, 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Quickly stir the cornstarch liquid and add it to the pan along with the stir fry sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Return the asparagus to the pan, toss to evenly coat and serve with Shirataki Noodles.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 cup frozen edamame *</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 package Shirataki Noodles</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/3 cup soy sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup lightly toasted sesame seeds, plus more for garnish</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse the Shirataki Noodles really well under warm water. Cut into bite size pieces and set aside on paper towels.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or a very large nonstick sauté pan over high heat. Add tofu and cook until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes total. Remove tofu from pan and reserve. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then add ginger, garlic and scallion whites and cook until fragrant but not browned, about 30 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add baby corn, peppers and edamame and cook until peppers are slightly tender, 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Shirataki Noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well to combine, then cook until heated through, an additional 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add scallion greens, reserving some for garnish, and sesame seeds and stir to combine.</li>
<li class="instruction">Divide among 4 plates and top with additional scallion greens and sesame seeds.</li>

<li class="instruction">Combine chicken, cornstarch and water in a bowl and toss until evenly coated and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over moderate heat. Add shallots, garlic, onions, chilies and basil leaves and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute then add chicken.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until chicken begins to turn white, about 1 minute then add fish sauce, oyster sauce, noodles, chicken stock, red bell pepper and bok choy.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until chicken is done and vegetables are thoroughly hot, another 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">If pan is dry, add additional stock to moisten noodles. Serve immediately.</li>

<li class="ingredient">3 to 4 carrots</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles under warm water for at least 2 minutes. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Chop the clove of garlic.</li>
<li class="instruction">Marinate the first six ingredients together for a few hours or overnight.</li>
<li class="instruction">If using shiitake mushroom, soak it in warm water overnight best or for about twenty minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cut all the vegetables into fine strips.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat oil in skillet.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir fry the salmon first for about two minutes (or until it changes color if it is raw).</li>
<li class="instruction">Add some salt and pepper.</li>
<li class="instruction">Then add the vegetables and cook for two minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the cornstarch to the marinade and stir to dissolve.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the Shirataki Noodles and the marinade and bring to boil.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Combine noodles, milk and egg in bowl; mix well.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add noodle mixture to a 13&#215;9 baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray such as Pam.</li>
<li class="instruction">Brown ground beef with onion, peppers and garlic ; drain.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add seasonings.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in tomato sauce and cook till heated.</li>
<li class="instruction">Spread over the noodles and top with the cheeses.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.</li>
<li class="instruction">Let stand for a few minutes before serving.</li>
