<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic and black pepper to taste. Add the shiitake mushrooms and toss to coat them.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large skillet, heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil over low heat and cook the garlic, shallots and prosciutto till softened.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add shiitake mushroom mixture, sun-dried tomatoes and olives and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the wine and chicken broth and bring to boil for 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add parsley and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl toss the Shirataki Noodles with the mushroom sauce, pine nuts and the parmesan.</li>

<li class="ingredient">2 medium carrots &#8212; julienned</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 medium green pepper &#8212; julienned</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 medium red pepper &#8212; julienned</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 each green onions &#8212; thinly sliced</li>
<li class="ingredient">cup light Italian salad dressing</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">Parmesan cheese &#8212; , grated</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">In shallow baking dish, combine oil, vinegar, beef stock, garlic, and pepper to taste.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pierce steak at regular intervals with fork; add to marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove steak from marinade.</li>
<li class="instruction">Broil for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cut in very thin slices diagonally across the grain.</li>
<li class="instruction">Blanch cauliflower, broccoli and carrots; cool immediately in ice water and pat dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In large bowl, combine steak, Shirataki Noodles, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots, red and green peppers, onions, salad dressing, salt, and pepper to taste.</li>
<li class="instruction">Let stand for 1 hour to blend flavours.</li>
<li class="instruction">Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.</li>

<li class="instruction">To serve, line platter or oval bowl with lettuce leaves, turn out noodles.</li>
