<li class="instruction">Place snow peas in a bowl and cover with boiling hot water. After 2 minutes, strain and shock in an ice bath. When cool, strain. Cut snow peas on the diagonal into 1/2-inch diamond shapes, discarding end pieces.</li>

<li class="instruction">Bring a large saucepan of water with a steamer basket to a boil. Put the snow peas in the basket, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the basket and transfer the snow peas to a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and pat dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the shrimp directly to the saucepan of water and return to a boil; cook for 2 minutes. Drain, then plunge the shrimp into a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and pat dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Slice each shrimp in half lengthwise. Cut the snow peas diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces, discarding the ends. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, snow peas, radishes, Macaroni Shirataki and scallions.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, both oils, the ginger and 1/2 teaspoon salt.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss with the salad right before serving; top with sesame seeds.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce and sugar and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Toss the pork with the cornstarch and salt. In a wok or large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil until hot but not smoking. Add the pork and cook, undisturbed, for about 2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until the meat is almost cooked through, about one minute longer. Remove.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the snap peas and scallions and cook, stirring, until the snap peas are just cooked, about 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the pork with any juices that may have accumulated.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the orange juice mixture and continue cooking just until the pork is done and the sauce has thickened slightly, 1-2 minutes longer.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles on serving platter. Pour pork mixture over the pasta.</li>

<li class="ingredient">2/3 cup warm water</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon red wine or cider vinegar</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon sugar</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2-1 teaspoon red chile flakes (to taste)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 package Shirataki Noodles</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 10-ounce package sugar snap peas</li>
<li class="ingredient">4 scallions, thinly sliced</li>

<li class="instruction">Remove chicken from bones and slice or shred. Set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drop garlic and ginger in the bowl of a food processor until finely chopped. Add peanut butter, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, and chile flakes and process until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a small pan of boiling water add sugar snap peas and cook 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under running water briefly.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles under warm water to heat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve chicken on top of noodles and snap peas. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with scallions.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced, about 1 1/4 cup</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup frozen edamame *</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 package Shirataki Noodles</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/3 cup soy sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup lightly toasted sesame seeds, plus more for garnish</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse the Shirataki Noodles really well under warm water. Cut into bite size pieces and set aside on paper towels.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or a very large nonstick sauté pan over high heat. Add tofu and cook until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes total. Remove tofu from pan and reserve. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then add ginger, garlic and scallion whites and cook until fragrant but not browned, about 30 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add baby corn, peppers and edamame and cook until peppers are slightly tender, 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Shirataki Noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well to combine, then cook until heated through, an additional 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add scallion greens, reserving some for garnish, and sesame seeds and stir to combine.</li>
<li class="instruction">Divide among 4 plates and top with additional scallion greens and sesame seeds.</li>

<li class="instruction">Stir in Tofu Shirataki Noodles , green onions and zucchini.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat a flat skillet over medium heat, add one tablespoon butter.</li>
<li class="instruction">When hot, scoop 1/3 cup mixture at a time onto the skillet, as for pancakes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until underside is golden. Flip over and cook the other side.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place on a platter and keep warm.</li>
<li class="instruction">Make more pancakes with remaining butter and batter mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Makes about six 4-inch pancakes.</li>

<li class="instruction">Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add eggplant, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, and scallions. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp tender, about 5 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Rinse and drain Shirataki Noodles. Cut into 4 inch lengths and add to vegetable mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir fry until heated through.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour reserved sauce over mixture and toss to coat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Continue cooking until heated through, about 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place on serving platter and sprinkle pine nuts (almonds work well, too!) and Feta cheese over top.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain the Shirataki Noodles. Rinse under warm water . Rinse well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a pot with beef broth, add the asparagus and cook 3-4 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Drain well.</li>
<li class="instruction">Meanwhile, in a 12-inch skillet, sauté the scallions and garlic in the olive oil and add the sandwich steaks.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the beef strips are tender.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the ginger.</li>
<li class="instruction">Mix the wasabi powder and the soy sauce together.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour into the beef mixture and mix well.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the Shirataki Noodles to the beef mixture.</li>
