<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse the Shirataki Noodles really well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Wash the brussels sprouts well. Trim the stems and discard any of the loose leaves. Quarter them lengthwise.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the oil and chili flakes into a large skillet and place over medium-high heat. Add the brussels sprouts to the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the sprouts begin to brown a bit. They may absorb all the oil, if they do just add another 1/2 tablespoon of oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the black bean garlic sauce and stir until all the brussels sprouts are well coated. Add a pinch of ground black pepper (the sauce is already salty so you probably won&#8217;t need any salt). Cook for about 30 more seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Take off heat and serve immediately on a bed of Shirataki Noodles.</li>

<li class="instruction">In a blender or food processor, combine jalapenos, honey, cilantro, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and black pepper and puree until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to the mixture until desired consistency is achieved.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the 2 teaspoons of olive oil into a preheated skillet. Add the shredded chicken and the blended sauce and cook until heated through.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a medium bowl, combine Shirataki Noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, scallions, and pickled ginger. Toss and then transfer to serving bowl.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">While you are chopping the ingredients in preparation, bring a small saucepan of water to boil. Parboil the asparagus pieces for 2 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water, drain, and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Prepare the Stir Fry Sauce by combining the ingredients in a small dish, and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir-fry the asparagus in a wok in 1 tablespoon of oil, on high heat, for about 2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove asparagus from pan and set aside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add another 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and stir fry the beef strips, in 2 batches, for 2-3 minutes until browned but still pink inside.</li>
<li class="instruction">Return the first batch of beef to the pan and add the bell pepper. Stir and toss over high heat until just beginning to wilt, 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Quickly stir the cornstarch liquid and add it to the pan along with the stir fry sauce.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Return the asparagus to the pan, toss to evenly coat and serve with Shirataki Noodles.</li>

<li class="ingredient">Salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">4 ounces mushrooms, sliced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 1/2 cups frozen corn (can use canned corn or creamed corn)</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 15-ounce can of black olives, strained and chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 pound cheddar cheese, grated</li>
</ul>

<li class="instruction">Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles. Rinse really well. Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on medium high heat in a large, heavy bottomed pot. Add the onions and bell pepper and sauté until softened. Add garlic and cook for a minute more. Add the tomatoes. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes. Lower the heat to warm.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a separate skillet, heat to medium-high. Add a couple of tablespoons of oil to the pan and brown the meat, working in batches. Break up about half of the ground beef into the pan. Do not stir, but let sit and cook for a minute or two until brown. Sprinkle a little salt over the meat while cooking. Once brown on one side, stir the meat a little to get the other sides browned. Once the meat is thoroughly browned, use a slotted spoon to remove the meat from the pan and put it in with the tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Brown the second batch of ground beef the same way.</li>
<li class="instruction">Using the same pan that you had used for browning the beef, sauté the mushrooms in the remaining oil and beef drippings. Once browned, add the mushrooms to the beef and tomato mixture.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Shirataki Noodles, corn, chopped olives, and about two thirds of the cheese to the large pot of beef and tomato mixture. Gently mix in.</li>
<li class="instruction">Transfer mixture to a large casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole. Place in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes.</li>

<li class="instruction">Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles under warm water.Place on paper towels to dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Rinse bok choy, separate larger leaves from core. Keep core that is holding smaller leaves together.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium high heat. Add onions, then garlic, then bok choy. Sprinkle with sesame oil and salt. Cover, and let the baby bok choy cook down for approximately 3 minutes. (Like spinach, when cooked, the bok choy will wilt a bit.)</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove cover. Lower heat to low. Stir and let cook for a minute or two longer, until the bok choy is just cooked.</li>
<li class="instruction">Gently mix in cashews.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve over a mound of Shirataki Noodles.</li>

<li class="instruction">Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or a very large nonstick sauté pan over high heat. Add tofu and cook until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes total. Remove tofu from pan and reserve. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then add ginger, garlic and scallion whites and cook until fragrant but not browned, about 30 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add baby corn, peppers and edamame and cook until peppers are slightly tender, 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Shirataki Noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well to combine, then cook until heated through, an additional 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add scallion greens, reserving some for garnish, and sesame seeds and stir to combine.</li>

<li class="instruction">Combine mirin, soy sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spread steak out in the pan and cook until seared on one side, about 1 minute.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add garlic, jalapeno and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add bean sprouts and spinach (the pan will be very full).</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour the mirin mixture into the pan and stir gently until the sauce thickens and the spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in cilantro and sesame oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">Serve topped with sesame seeds (if using).</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain the Shirataki Noodles. Rinse under warm water . Rinse well. Pat dry with paper towels.</li>

<p>*Mirin is a low-alcohol rice wine. An equal portion of sherry or white wine with a pinch of sugar may be substituted for mirin.</p>
<p>If you have a little extra time before dinner, put the steak in the freezer for about 20 minutes to help make it easier to slice thinly.</p>
