Ingredients
  • 1 - 8 ounce package Angel Hair Shirataki noodles, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ green pepper, chopped
  • ½ red pepper or yellow pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2½ cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  2. Combine noodles, milk and egg in bowl; mix well.
  3. Add noodle mixture to a 13x9 baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray such as Pam.
  4. Brown ground beef with onion, peppers and garlic ; drain.
  5. Add seasonings.
  6. Stir in tomato sauce and cook till heated.
  7. Spread over the noodles and top with the cheeses.
  8. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
  9. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Shirataki Noodles
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green pepper,cubed
  • 1 yellow pepper, cubed
  • ½ hot pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ cup Jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse Shirataki Noodles very well. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  2. Combine vegetables in large bowl.
  3. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, chili powder, salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Pour over vegetable mixture.
  5. Stir in Shirataki Noodles, sprinkle with cheese and sunflower seeds, toss.
  6. Chill.

Shirataki Noodles w/ Spinach Sauce Salad

Shirataki Noodles with Spinach Sauce Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pound (2-8 ounce packages) Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • ½ cup lite soy milk
  • ½ cup non-fat italian dressing
  • ¼ cup parsley -- chopped
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
  • 1 cup carrots -- diced
  • 1 cup cucumbers -- diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes -- halved
  • ½ cup yellow or green pepper halved (or both)
Instructions
  1. Trim and wash spinach, place in saucepan with some water clinging to the leaves. Cover and cook over medium heat until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain off water. set aside.
  3. Drain and rinse Shritaki Noodles in warm water. Place on paper towels to dry and set aside.
  4. Place next 7 ingredients in a blender jar. Add spinach and process until smooth.
  5. Place next 5 ingredients and Shirataki Noodles in a large bowl.
  6. Add blended dressing and toss to mix.
